Congratulatrions are due for Debbie Harry after picking up the award for Outstanding Contribution To Music at last nights AIM Awards. The Blondie frontwoman was signed to chrysalis in 1977, a defining moment for her career, before going onto release her first solo album with Chrysalis Records.

Best known for his work with Ultravox and as a co-founder plus co-writer of Band Aid’s ‘Do They Know It’s Christmas’, He also had a rich and varied career prior to Ultravox with the Rich Kids, Visage and throughout his career as solo artist.

Everything But The Girls 25th Anniversary Vinyl edition of their acclaimed album ‘Amplified Heart’, which features 90’s hit ‘Missing’, has been voted as Pitchfork’s Best New Reissue this week. To celebrate 25 years since Everything But The Girl released ‘Amplified Heart,’ Chrysalis Records have partnered with Buzzin Fly to release a Special 25th Anniversary vinyl edition. Available from July 5th, it will be the first time the album is released on vinyl.
