Blue Raincoat Music is actively committed to the causes of diversity and equal opportunity. Our founding shareholders were two males and two females, with two additional non-executive investors. Our third employee was an apprentice who went on to earn a full-time role within the company. We have since employed a further five apprentices and interns, using a recruitment agency working in the diversity sector.
